02Enquiries

When you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive what you provide:

• —the kind of request and the project country, which the form asks for;
• —optionally, your name, company, role and the project city;
• —the system or document you ask about, if you select one;
• —your message, if you write one.

We use this only to answer the request and send the documents, and for the project correspondence that follows from it.

03How the enquiry form works

The enquiry form currently prepares an email in your own mail application. The page itself transmits nothing until you send that email.

If direct submission is enabled, the same details are sent to our enquiry service and stored so the engineering team can respond.

04Hosting and logs

The site is served by a hosting platform and a content delivery network. To deliver pages they process technical data:

• —IP address;
• —browser type;
• —the page requested;
• —the time of the request.

05Analytics

The hosting platform provides privacy-oriented page analytics. It records:

• —pages viewed;
• —the referring page;
• —browser and device type;
• —approximate country;
• —a short-lived session identifier.

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data.

06Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no advertising cookies.

The hosting platform sets a technical cookie that identifies the deployed version of the site.

The site itself stores two small preferences in your browser:

• —whether the first-visit loading screen has been shown (session storage);
• —whether you paused the homepage film (local storage).

Neither identifies a person. The enquiry form does not save what you type in browser storage.

07Fonts and media

Fonts and media are served from luperal.com itself. No third-party font or video services are contacted.

08Sharing

We share personal information only with:

• —professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

09Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting project relationship. It is then deleted or archived according to our record-keeping obligations.

Where this site links to a website we do not operate, that site's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for its content or practices.
